I’m really sorry all this has happened to you. So, not only was their reaction staged, but they are douchebag stunt “influencers” to boot.

The actual damage done to the property sounds well documented, so it should be pretty open and shut in small claims court.
As for reputational damage, I say turnabout is fair play. These people are putting every second of their lives on the internet, so I wouldn’t worry too much about their privacy.
