The first time in five years that I’m visiting America…
i am debating whether to set an alarm or just stay up…
I think I’m probably going to just stay up, though I usually stay up till 1 a.m. anyways so pushing it till 2:30 a.m. shouldn’t be that hard to do.
Bu it only shows Mission Control, we don’t actually get to see the ISS. I am disappoint.
No, we got to see multiple cameras from the ISS, including a control monitor feed with cool HUD-type overlays. The Canadarm 2 latch maneuver succeeded right before the video uplink was lost. It was like ka-chunk cut to black
It was pretty cool!
(I did appreciate that this Mission Control team was allowed to dress in normal “business-casual” instead of looking like a team-building exercise for Best Buy employees, as they sometimes have in the past.)
