I assume that’s Progress itself in the upper right, around 1:00 or so, as a fixed point v. the moving field of stars
Indeed. The video captures almost the full sequence from launch to orbit. The most noticeable parts are the staging and the return of the spent booster through the atmosphere.
Depending on how much longer is required to dock with ISS you could almost order takeout from space and get it reasonably quick. Maybe not within the half-hour guarantee but certainly within your typical delivery time.
I wonder what sort of tip that driver could expect.
Does it take long to catch up to the ISS? Does anyone know?

WOW! thats a burner.
European Space Agency astronaut Alexander Gerst captured this beautiful video of the Russian Progress MS-10 cargo spacecraft launching into space from Kazakhstan’s Baikonur cosmodrome.
not exactly, @pesco, its ca 2000 photos shot by gerst, which were then combined into a video, Seán Doran even made a extremly high-def 5K-video out of it:
about ~30 times around earth (around 2 days as Tamsin already mentioned). there is a faster way, though, but its more difficult to achive:
