I remember seeing that in black and white on 405-line TV, probably in the late sixties. I have remembered the closing line and some of the other lines ever since. Thanks for that.
When I have friends over to watch a movie I usually show Chuck Jones’ The Dot and the Line: A Romance in Lower Mathematics and then Mel Brooks the critic as a shorts double feature. The go really well together.

I have been looking for this film for decades!
I saw it as the cartoon before “And Now For Something Complete;y Different”, the first movie I ever paid to see twice. (This might explain my sense of humour.)
