Am I the only one thinking that that white car should have backed up or otherwise moved out of the way?

People panic freeze or they get so focused on their task (trying to move the truck) they become oblivious.
As I understand it, this is a lack of training in how to handle a crisis situation and is why pilots get so much testing is emergency situations so they don’t freeze up.
Everyone allowed to drive should have to complete a serious emergency training course so they can prove they know what to do in a range of emergencies
