When I read the line about their physical model being driven by two large plungers, the image that I got in my head was a couple guys just out of frame in an old B-movie with a couple of toilet plungers (me ol’ noggin is prone to always imagine what is just out of frame in old B-movies)
If only I could have a little scale model of this effect for my office desk.
