During the training session, Ernst said such requests [for checking out certain homes] should be sent through proper channels to ensure they don’t become a distraction while fighting fires.
In that case, I would love to see exactly how politicians’ requests were made to the firefighters and – along with that – know exactly what the proper channels are.
