I use an “hour glass”, it’s very relaxing, for me.

I do video feedback (see below video, and here), and the rotational symmetry settings on this are a good illustration of what’s happening with different rotation positions of the camera during the feedback. Here are images of 2-fold, 3-fold, 4-fold, 5-fold, and 6-fold rotational symmetry (if you look closely at the 4-fold example you can see why it’s best to avoid this pattern when doing video feedback).
