Really wish I could watch the video and get a bit more info on this, but I’m on my last break at work so I tagged it for later.
My first thought at seeing that thing was it looks like a left over prop from a David Cronenberg movie…

Unusual and creepy, but interesting. Only snag I see is if it hits a slight slope with little grip
