Take that fart and pitch shift* it into an extended version of sad trombone…
*I know very little about sound manipulation, could be way off

He’d probably be drawn to a song title like “As the World Dies, the Eyes of God Grow Bigger” (by Sebadoh). Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a catchy hook for his supporters to misunderstand, but I’d love to see him walk on stage as the last 30 seconds of the song played. Not that he would like any of the other lyrics, but hey, that has never stopped politicians from embracing songs like “Born in the USA” and “Fortunate Son”.
Works for me. Dutch Idol cover version for the campaign?
It should be something that is fun to hear repeatedly but that he would hate. It’s not perfect, but Mississippi John Hurt spelling chicken would work.
I would have gone with “send lawyers guns and money”
Better, call, call the law
When you gonna turn yourself in, yeah
You’re a politician
Don’t become one of Hitler’s children
Oh, wow. That was special.
Oh boy . . . Shindig!. That’s a show that doesn’t get nearly enough credit for getting musicians in front of the public. The first appearance of The Mamas and The Papas singing “California Dreamin,” Little Eva doing “Loco Motion” (and the only remaining video of her doing it), The Who doing “Can’t Explain” and “My Generation” in 1966 (though recorded in 1965). Some great stuff on that show.
Yakity Sax. Definitely Yakity Sax.
