I watched a pretty good documentary on Netflix the other night about life in North Korea. Some aspects of life there seemed surprisingly normal but they are conditioned to fear that the US is about to nuke them at any moment. The people that live there seemed very nice. It’s a shame they have no individual liberties.

Found it interesting (and somewhat expected) that the young woman said that most NKoreans were happy–although, given the shit that surrounds them on all sides, they’d have to be in order to stay sane. Fascinating interview!
