I find myself looking forward to this:

“Lots of military experience?”
“Some.”
“Oh?”
“Call of Duty.”

So… they have renewed Sandman?

But also, things are kind of weird?

It’s SOOO good. Casting is pitch perfect. AMC bought the rights to all 18 books in the chronicles, so I’m guessing we have some fairly intricate world building in store for us. Can’t wait for the finale.

Agreed!

Did they, now?

That bodes quite well for the series, if they continue in this vein…

With everything going on at Warner-Discovery, it’s not a surprise that Tuca and Bertie has been cancelled again. It’s still upsetting.

Sandman got a second season!

Nice. Of course longtime fans of the comics know exactly what Lucifer is about to do that “will make God absolutely livid…” but I’m really looking forward to the ensuing chaos. I hope we get to see Gaiman’s version of drunken oaf Thor on screen now.

I’m just wanting to see Brief Lives, though I doubt that will be next season!

I just started watching that series; I’m on the third ep.

The intro kinda reminds me of a really dark version of the original Amazing Stories.

Yeah, that too, but I think he’s doing a direct homage to Hitchcock’s show… which probably Amazing Stories was, too…

it was a solid series and I hope they do more next year… My favorites were probably The Outside (directed by Ana Lily Amirpour) and The Murmuring (directed by Jennifer Kent). Both were just such fantastic stories! The Viewing was good too, and that was directed by the guy who did Beyond the Black Rainbow…

I watched the first two tonight, at an hour an episode I can go a little slower and enjoy it.

I enjoyed the four episodes of Inside Man, w8th David Tennant and Stanley Tucci, but I’d sure love to hear a good explanation of the ending, including the after-credits bit. I mean, they’re clearly setting up a second series, but a lot of the ending just don’t make no sense to me. Couldn’t find a decent explanation online either.

Me too. I’m interested to see if I agree with this ranking when I’ve seen all the episodes.
