Unbelievable story…heard it on the radio the other night. I was truly blown away by the story and thought this would make a fantastic movie someday.
Incredible that he survived for so long locked inside his body and eventually regained the physical and mental strength to come back out of it. Also incredible are his parents who sacrificed so much to keep him alive.
It makes one wonder about the ones who don’t come back out, who are parked in front of Barney and can’t change the channel.
It’s stories like these that make me question my position that the universe is insentient and wholly unconcerned with human affairs; and give some serious consideration to the possibility of active malice.
