I love Dafoe’s acting repertoire, ever since Faraway, So Close he’s sort of my hero. He seems like such an atypical actor, and why he is typically cast as the villain is a bit cliche, cause I always want to root for him! But you can see he loves to play his villainous roles with such passion, it’s easy to fall for him. I’d love to see him play some more ‘pure fantasy’ roles, cast alongside a few more atypical actors, just to throw a wrench in our expectations who the good guy is vs who the bad guy is.

Willem Dafoe is one of the greatest actors of all time, and I couldn’t give a rat’s arse if he plays Green Goblin or not.
I mean, get the bag son, no shame.
But he’s so much better than than that.
