Great. Now the conspiracy-obsessed Covidiots/anti-vax/Qanon gang will spin unrelated pieces of this series as ‘proof’ that ‘fake’ Covid-19 (reconcile that phrase, if you can) is a terrorist attack by the Chinese/Soros/Dems/et al. Fucking big sigh.

The print version of The Hot Zone was, alas, non-fiction. NatGeo’s version, less so. The Hot Zone book was novel, yes, but not A novel.
