I have actually gotten a nail in my motorcycle tire. It looks about the same as in a car tire.
Fun fact you are not supposed to use fix a flat on a motorcycle tire but if you are desperate I did it and rode 60 miles an hour all the way home about 20 miles and didn’t die.
I never expected to hit a nail on a dirt road deep in the woods though
I found a lady that called breakdown cause she either did not know how to change a wheeel or most likely could not be bothered…

Cause ps a flat tire picture when you can just google it seems also a complicated way to do things.
In my experience, self tapping screws are worse than nails for car tyres, but nails are worse on bike tyres.
