Rule #1 don’t talk about the bot problem

No, rule #1 is “Don’t question The Techno Messiah, ever!”

Well, it’s long been a truism that porning and scamming are profitable, and Skum really does want to be profitable… /s

a very Muskian team management more

Singular of the Latin ‘mores’ is not ‘more’.

It’s pretty funny that the whole, “Paying for a blue check will decrease bots.” Turned into, “People bought bots blue checks to give them legitimacy.”

Man, my 2nd favorite Messiah song, but that whole album is amazing.

Gosh, it’s like Musk’s commitment to “free speech” and getting rid of the bots were both utter and complete farces!

It was foreseeable, but Musk is too dumb to have seen it; still, the bots have become really vital for the new Twitter - they’re a major revenue source, and their activity masks how much of a ghost town Twitter is now.

Based on things I’ve read, I’d not be surprised if Twitter was at least 80% inactive accounts. I’m always amused, when I go to look at still active feeds on Twitter and the accounts it recommends to me all say, “This account is no longer active, follow me on…” And these are the accounts being recommended to me by Twitter. (I’m assuming those accounts still have a lot of followers with also inactive accounts. Petrified social media.)

He really is a fucking idiot. If he had just shut his mouth on Twitter he might continue to have fooled me.

Nah - derived, non-standard, back formations don’t count.

You’ve just discounted a large percentage of the English language.

And certaynly our langage now vsed varyeth ferre from that whiche was vsed and spoken whan I was borne. For we englysshe men ben borne vnder the domynacyon of the mone, whiche is neuer stedfaste, but euer wauerynge, wexynge one season and waneth & dyscreaseth another season. And that comyn englysshe that is spoken in one shyre varyeth from a nother.
