I’ve criticized Cory in the past for occasional sloppy mischaracterizations of articles, but in this case I think he is correct. Your “correction”, Jorpho, is the misleading one, not Cory’s post. The judge was dissing the “attorney speak”, and calling it insufficient to get the plaintiffs off the hook, not praising it.
