The toothy old moose at the head of the table slams down a hoof.
Mr. Alces: SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME GOOD NEWS! …You. Mr. Chum.
Mr. Chum: Erhm.. Well sir, the drones are coming along nicely and I think we can begin to transition away from organic workers in a few weeks.
Mr. Alces: Good, the assembly members took the bribe? We’re past the organic captain clause?
Mr. Chum: We actually weren't able to bribe enough assembly members but we did find a tidy loophole. The new drone cubes are 99.5% cybernetic and .5% organic. Think of it like a big square spaceship with a tiny hamburger inside.
Mr. Alces: Excellent! I love hamburgers! What about the raiding parties?
Mr. Chum: I'd prefer to pass that question on to my associate Mr. Chew here who is far more knowledgeable in the matter.
Mr. Chew: Uhhhhmmmm… I… It’s getting worse?

Mr. Alces: Hmm… Yes. Let’s not damage any of our new drones just yet. Use the conscripts.
The meeting room empties except for the bodies. It was two bodies next to the lobster from accounting, yes?

Mission 1 - Lizard’s Blood
Unizone has several very important parts shipments heading for the regional factory. While the factory has sufficient armament to deter raiders, we will require your services to ensure that we can get within the secure perimeter.
In the case that you forget to register for this mission, your Unizone Guidance System will be engaged and your auto-piloted ship will be used as a decoy. Read the Endless User License Agreement.
