Ahhh, Koi. Please let me be the first (First!! WooHoo!) to say that visiting/viewing/Swimming in(?) a Koi pond is one of the best ways to spend one’s idle moments. Had a koi pond in the backyard of my last house and it was nothing short of awesome…except when the herons find it, natch. Koi are beautiful, as the image shows, and they have a long history of cultivation and enjoyment that is worth investigating.
