Hmmm…interestin’ the handle on my box grater has fallen off and I can no longer stash it on my hanging rack. This might be nice. Plus Mandoline action.
As always with mandolines, a cut-resistant glove will give you better control than the plastic holder and still let you keep for fingertips, as well as coming with free sheet music for “Battle of Evermore”.
Is the slicing thickness adjustable?
