I felt that one here in NYC. My building was shaking for what seemed a long time. Scared the crap out of me. Good thing I was sitting on the toilet at the time.
We were having a tree removed from our property that day, and the concept of an earthquake, here, was so foreign, that I was convinced they were pulling it out of the ground, roots and all.

Seriously, this is a sacred sight of the first nation people. Walking on this would be like walking on your mothers grave and pissing on the flowers.
Can’t pretend to know the real history but respect the folk who have known it much longer.
I am aware of how important it is. They stopped the trespassing what, 20 or so years ago?
I’ve not seen it in person, but it’s one of those lottery-win bucket-list things.
I mean, like in the real world there are hundreds of pieces of the supposed “true cross” presumably created at some point by somebody to make some cash selling it to the Church. Why not a fake ark? Or several?
