Brewdog cans (and most craft beers for that matter) are nearly always 330ml.
I’m not 100% sure but the BBC article says:
"It said on the can ‘you’ve won a £15k 24 carat gold Hazy Jane can’.
which makes me think the “gold” can wasn’t in the case and had to be claimed. I might be wrong though.
Anyway, fuck Brewdog.

That’s not how I would interpret it–I would think a “solid gold” can would be a can, just made of gold rather than aluminum. I wouldn’t interpret it as being a solid mass of gold.
