It was ages ago when I was last there, but the National Museum of Ireland - Natural History in Dublin has a very nice collection of them.

Harvard Museum of Natural History has a good collection of cephalopods in glass, as well as some interesting taxidermy (they have a dodo). The glass flowers collection is just mind boggling, and they have an exhibit that shows all the original tools and workbenches used to create them. Free to MA residents on Sunday mornings before noon so my daughters and I kind of treated it like a church when we lived in Cambridge
