I would give it more like 25 pounds. I have a 19 pound cat handy as I write this, and the baby definitely seems bigger.

20 lbs = ~ 10kg (actually 9.090909090909 etc.)
Iā€™m horrible at guesstimating, but Iā€™d say that baby could weigh 20 lbs, given that newborns weigh generally 7-9 lbs.

The dog, on the other hand, is not 600 lbs.

Google informs me that a lion wieghs in at 190 kg which is apparently 418.87 lbs. So big dog then.
