Can I suggest that, in the event the DNC does that and the candidate is someone you would have other wise been ok with, that we tear the DNC down brick-by-brick after the election?

The outcome will be much the same either way. If the superdelegates override the will of the primary voters, Trump is absolutely guaranteed to win.

Even if all of the usual Dem voters loyally turn out to vote, the non-voters will not. Trump cannot be beaten without an expanded voting pool.
