I already heard someone say it was because of the delay, and that he had only heard the media part, and the rest hadn’t even gotten to him yet.
I hope Biden’s efforts are mainly focused on getting out the regular Dem vote rather than wasting money trying to get the “centrists” and “moderates” in those states’ hinterlands to vote for him. Dopes who still can’t see through Biff’s grifting at this point really just need to be convinced to stay home on election day, which is more a job for outfits like The Lincoln Project.
I’m looking forward to the day when broadcast and cable TV ads stop being the focus on campaign spending. These horrible and expensive blunt instruments that now mainly target elderly stupid people (i.e conservatives) have had an incredibly toxic effect on campaigns and campaign finance for the past 60 years.
I guess we know who to put pressure on to flip…

He is not so good at pandering. Interestingly, I have received 4 calls from pollsters this month trying to fingure out what direction americans of hispanic background are leaning. No other poll calls yet, just the ones for that demographic.
