2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine (Part 1)

In a cruel twist of fate, the EU blocked toilet paper exports to Russia but not “flushable” wipes (joking).

Belief, yes. But responsibility? No. Power without responsibility seems to be the goal, and then everything goes to shit. Oddly, the socialist movement wants no power and no responsibility. Unfortunately, those who get stuck with (or take up) the responsibilities for everything (democratic leaders) end up getting blamed for everything.

Well… maybe? I guess I’m not really talking about the soft white supremacy that we all live within (and whose structures many of us are constantly pushing against), but about white supremacist groups who wish to revolutionize society along the lines of their belief systems… I’m specifically talking about translocal groups like various neo-nazi groups, white power groups, etc.

Like any coherent world view, there is a set of expectations and responsibilities up and down the structures that they want to create writ large and within the organizations that they do create in their subculture. They have very specific and ridgid roles, and there are responsibilities expected based on those roles… the expectations of women (as an example) is support of their spouses, complete deference to male authority, and very specific kinds of child rearing… Lower status men have greater responsibilities to those above them. The further you go up their sick and twisted pecking order, the less responsibility you have, other than the responsibility of keeping those below you in line, which should be done with some degree of force, especially for those who rebel against the power structure…

But it’s these groups who specifically look up to Putin (and Orban and the current right wing regime in Poland and what’s his name in Belarus, etc) and want to import that to the west, because they see the west as “decadent” and weak. That’s the “white power” internationale.

I doubt that any white supremacists admire Lukashenko. He’s a nostalgic old Soviet apparatchik who IIRC disapproves of how Putin has embraced Russian nationalism and the Russian Orthodox Church.

That may have been the case, but I think he might have recently changed his views and may no longer disapprove of anything his new boss does, says or thinks.

His only words to his new boss are: “Yes, boss. How high, boss?”

But again, I’m talking about the white power internationale and how they specifically admire Putin. A white internationale already exists, is connected, and seeks to create a state like Putin has… That’s my whole point. Whether or not the nationalism would undercut that IF they could do that is another question. I do think fascism tends to implode once in power because it feeds on violence and hate, and you can only do that so much before you burn everyone out…

He’s no longer in a position to disagree with his boss, but that just makes him a follower rather than a leader.

Russia’s Australian embassy posted a rubbish video claiming to show Russian soldiers handing out supplies in Mariupol, but with intact windows on the undamaged buildings, and a spotless parking lot with no debris. Oh, and without snipers taking them out.

Fuckers.

That’s about 2+ weeks old. I’m sure it was posted here a long way upthread. The fuckers know we don’t believe it, they just want to create a counter-narrative no matter how ridiculous. Perception is reality and they create their own perception.

Nothing is true and everything is possible.

Yeah. Fuckers.
