The continued denial of due process https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Due_Process_Clause is a monumental misjustice to Ms. Manning. She is a US citizen and is accorded all rights under the US Constitution, despite what the so called authorities insist on perpetuating.
Can’t Obama pardon her to a regular facility, or is pardon a black and white thing (full pardon or none)?

Unfortunately things are completely different in civilian vs military law proceedings. Many freedoms we take for granted are thrown out the window.
He can commute her sentence which basically says, “you’re still guilty as charged but serving more time in prison isn’t serving anybody’s best interest”.
