The continued denial of due process https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Due_Process_Clause is a monumental misjustice to Ms. Manning. She is a US citizen and is accorded all rights under the US Constitution, despite what the so called authorities insist on perpetuating.

Can’t Obama pardon her to a regular facility, or is pardon a black and white thing (full pardon or none)?

The Disciplinary Boards will continue until morale improves?

Choose one

Prosecuting someone for wanting to die after you make their life not worth living is the act of a:
a) government
b) sadistic psychopathic monster

As always, the beatings will continue until morale improves.

There’s no logic behind this kind of treatment, except for sheer vindictive malice.
