Not sure. Personally I think the crime it breeds is worse than the public health problems they cause. If we could apply education and health care for addicts, and promote SAFER drug use, it would help users in general.

My local Republicans saw the tax revenue in Colorado, did the math on jailing vs. taxing and now in six months there will be recreational sales in my little borough.
