Had that pixel art app been made for desktop i can see myself using it, as is though it’s neat looking but that’s about it. It’s not really going to replace my current browser dashboard when i launch a new tab. I have a plug-in i like in Firefox called New Tab Tools that allows me to create a certain number of favorited thumbnails to sites i frequent. It’s not flashy but functionality-wise its something i like using.
Nitpicky: The pixel art gifs aren’t all 8-bit
I’m not sure I understand. Is it just a webpage with a clock?
Pretty much, though it has a quick launch function where certain keyboard presses will open things like Google, Youtube, Reddit, etc. Conceptually it’s neat but i’d prefer it more if it was a desktop app, granted there are already animated desktop apps out there.
