A book made from shelf-stable American cheese slices

I’m really liking the clean look of it, though. The monochrome really plays up the texture of the cover, and the shine of the plastic wrapping, and the shapes involved.

I mean, you’re right that other places have superior cheeses… but we anglophones love our cheeses, too.

And that’s a lovely gif that I can’t stop watching…

Are folks here familiar with the Edible Book Festivals? Held at libraries around April 1 each year. I have friends who’ve participated regularly in the past. The entries might range from extremely creative, to a simple frosted cake with an image of the book cover. (And puns abound, often.)

Google image search of past festival submissions–colorful!

You won’t take away my Cumberland sausage!

“Bacon death” is a better read.

No unsolicited sausage photos!

I’d argue you solicited such, just by saying that =).

If you had a cock that looked like a Cumberland sausage you could have a long career in porn. Real Cumberland sausage (not the supermarket sold crap) is over an inch thick, six foot long and not in links.

Yeah… no.

Thanks for thinking of me though.

Looks like a Trentingrana (Grana Padano Trentino D.O.P.)…
Good choice!

…And? Sausage is sausage.

Fish and chips?
Salt & vinegar crisps?
Yorkshire Pudding?

Well, yes, but I can’t let facts get in the way of a good quip.
