Uhā¦doesnāt āunqualified for the positionā apply to pretty much 99% of the executives in corporate america?! I mean reallyā¦if we want to call Hunter Bidenās being given a high paying job despite being unqualified for it, then we should be questioning the hiring practices of every child of some elite family name across the US.

The fact that Donaldās brother is a seat warmer on the board of Bethesda should be a clear indication of how bad of a fit execs are for most companies. Heck, Bobby Kotick at Activision is another example. So singling out Hunter Biden is only going to demonstrate further that capitalism doesnāt promote excellence, so itās more fuel for my arguments around the holiday dinner table.

Totally valid. I was just surprised after having spent so much of the week listening to the testimony from the hearings. Once again fell prey to trying to match my internal bias to some kind of numerical indicator. My engineer side is very prone to wanting data, even when I know itās ādata.ā
