He looked strange in the clips from last Friday at the CDC. It’s his eyes. They are the Devil’s eyes.
I keep seeing thing like this (Sarah Palin wearing a Tellytubby costume, shouting and bouncing with alacrity) and quietly thinking - That’s weird, is it real?
And then I realise, yes it is real and it is weird and it probably should provoke a stronger reaction in me.
Sometimes I wonder what William Gibson, Joe Strummer or Hunter S. Thompson would make of some particular weird thing, and I usually surmise that they’d all dig it in their different ways.
I think it’s important to try to appreciate the weirdness and to try not to become jaded and cynical. It’s the future now. It’s supposed to be weird.
Remember Rule 32 - Enjoy the little things.
eta: Come to think of it, I’d like off this bus.
I thought the same. It was a very odd affect, and his cadence was very unTrumpian. Not wishing evil, but he has been playing a lot of Russian roulette lately.
Thought he wasn’t going to do that. Cancel his Klan rallies I mean.
Hmmmm
The bags under his eyes were super-sized. The right eye was more swollen than the left. His breathing was uneven and he couldn’t complete sentences due to lack of breath.
I would not be surprised if he’s infected.
I’m sure that golfing will not play into this at all.
Lets hope the old people will remember this come November
Well yeah, as they said on Fox, they don’t want it be successful and popular, then turned into backdoor permanent policy, heaven forefend. temporary tax cuts OTOH, go nuts!
The eye is a thing. I’m pretty sure this is the largest amount of information I have ever heard trump deliver (begrudgingly on his part I might add). Not all the information was accurate, precise or even true. (par for the course)
“smart action today will prevent spread of the virus tomorrow” - today was a few weeks ago
Strap in folks, this is going to get bumpy. Wash your hands, don’t touch your face.
doesn’t that describe all his public appearances during the last several years
And the message was delivered by a 73-year-old man with a sniffing habit who did not seem to be a glowing picture of health nor entirely at ease reading from a TelePrompter. His bold assertion last week – “I like this stuff. I really get it … Maybe I have a natural ability.” – seemed even more incredible than before.
David Litt, who wrote speeches for Obama, posted: “As a former presidential speechwriter, my careful rhetorical analysis is that he’s gonna get us all killed.”
Insert Oh Really? Gif
It astounds me that every time Nostradumbass opens his mouth the GOP collectively bashes him and calls it disturbing and pathetic, etc etc.
But when they have the chance to actually stand up and kick the fucker from office they turtle like my junk at Cape Cod in December.
Ah, so is that why UK was exempted? Now it makes perfect sense. In a trumpian sense of the word “makes sense,” of course.
