With this bill, each community should actively monitor the actions of the companies and simply sue for every issue, infraction, loss of fishing fun - everything.

As great as it was though, i fear the ramifications when the speaker of the house is not really supposed to have a political stance but then again you had the SNP lot applauding! In the house of commons! What a world… he told them off for doing that when they first won all those seats.
