I’m even more shocked that they didn’t exempt political parties from the rules like they did with the do-not-call laws.

Have Eshoo and Lofgren shared who actually wrote the bill? For some reason this information is often very difficult to find and in the spirit of this bill, I think they should share who the actual author (or authors) is.
