Heart-breaking.
This is a prime example of the insidiousness of evil. There is no minimun age for evil. If you see evil, take necessary action to protect yourself and others.

Friends and family wondered if the resurgence of hate groups in the country, represented by events like the deadly protest in Charlottesville over the summer, have emboldened those with racially divisive ideas.
Um, I’m going with “yes” on that one.
Still waiting for authorities to go after such groups – for their direct incitement of violence like this kid committed
– with anything like the focus and resources that they spend on “radical Islam.”
