That’s one hell of a cocktail. I don’t quite understand combining meth and coke seems like a bad idea and worse to throw opiates on top. Maybe the fentanyl wasn’t intentional though.

So tragic.
Feel like those casting agents were somehow particularly predatory when casting him for a show like that.

I asked a patient about that combination and they said the meth & or cocaine makes the fentanyl feelings last longer.

That sounds less like an accidental overdose and more like a weirdly thematic suicide. Tragic either way.
