I would like to have a conversation with the physician who cleared McConnell for returning to his work of obstructing Congress. The American people are not getting the real story about McConnell’s poor health, as it is evident he has a debilitating medical condition.
McConnell’s symptoms look consistent with mini-strokes (TIAs or transient ischemic attacks), a particular type of seizure, a neurodegenerative disease like Parkinson’s, or a brain tumor. Given that he has been reported as having fallen at least once and he has “frozen” at least twice in public, this man needs to resign and get comprehensive medical care, for his own sake. For the sake of our nation, he needs to leave office.
But, ReThugliKKKlanners will continue to use him to stop the work of Congress, including propping him up after he’s dead as used to be done in a Victorian photo. How sad that they value human life and health so little that he remains in office, despite showing clear signs - in public, no less - of being physically not fit to do his job.
