Aged gouda is my favorite orange colored cheese

What the hell happened to that cheese on the photo? Gouda, at any age, should be yellow, as it is a yellow cheese, not an orange one… Young Gouda is a light yellow, and as it ages it gets a little darker but not orange. If you’re buying an orange cheese and it says “Gouda”, it is lying to you!

I am a fan of strong cheddar :slight_smile: but definitely not something i would casually put in food. And that norwegian cheese sounds pretty interesting.

I didn’t know they made an Espresso. The Raspbery and Balsamic are both great. Not a fan of the Merlot, personally.
