You mean Tom Lehrer. Wernher von Braun never said that.

I think so. It may be a false attribution, but the phrase is doing the work of an attribution so that’s what I called it.
Still, the point remains that I was quoting a song which contains those words in that order; if you have a problem with the words I suggest you take it up with Lehrer.
