Yeah, but, there’s nothing in writing, so he’s fine, apparently. Also, nee-ner, nee-ner. With judicial chops like that, how can he be wrong about anything?

Perhaps not but if you’re a state Supreme and you’re willfully violating SCOTUS mandate, that’s something whose equivalent in any other field would definitely get you fired. So it looks like you may get fired again.
