They have - or at least they’re pretending they have, given Trump pulled out the disclaimer from his financial statements and tried to read it in court, later claiming that it cleared him of fraud charges. The judge told him essentially told him he couldn’t because the time for that sort of thing had passed, and Trump made some sarcastic response.
