Still seems too mundane, and not something that 45 would ever cop to.
I’m thinking something more along the lines of a Bad Seed type “accident.”

I’m not familiar with that but it sounds a bit like the white ribbon - very unsettling film.
You’ve never even heard of the Bad Seed???
That’s one of the classics; also centering around the premise of the roots of evil, but much less complex than the film you just mentioned.
You should check it out some time.

It’s like that horse racing scene in Quantum of Solace. All kinds of movement is happening but when you strip away all of the veneer and action you have a relatively rote escape scene
I think it’s pretty clear that this administration has two very short-sighted goals: one, do a bunch of ostentatious stuff that may or may not have any substance, but clearly continues to signal a tribal allegiance with the peanut gallery, and two, rape, pillage and plunder the commons in a fatcat free for all.
I worry that perhaps there’s a bit too much focus on the former, when surely the latter will become (if it isn’t already) egregious enough to give these scum the boot.
…Oh wait, I’m talking about the US here, where you can have anything you want if you already have too much. Never mind
