I had the very good fortune of having a smart, forward-looking teacher in high school, back in the 70s, who introduced Future Shock as a study topic in my ethics course. Twenty minutes wouldn’t be enough time, you’d really need twenty days.
In 1974 somebody in my Junior High School decided that all us kids ought to see this, and gathered all the 7th, 8th, & 9th graders in the cafeteria where we watched this entire film, with no preface or explanation - and it freaked us the hell out.
