Amanda Palmer: "Dear Daily Mail"

To be fair, I never attacked you on that. I noticed your name was red so I assumed you were on Disqus before.

Edit: And I see you responded to a postI made to @raskolnik. It was not directed at you.

Yet AGAIN you jump into a conversation and try to win ā€˜smugā€™ points. Donā€™t respond to my posts until you actually plan to have a serious discussion. Looking through your posting history it appears that you almost always post one or two sentence comments and never engage in serious discussions. You are just trolling this forum. This isnā€™t Twitter. You can take your time and argue a point out to completion if you choose to do so.

Once again I am going to recommend you have a Snickers bar!

Brevity is the soul of more than wit, sheriff.

Maybe you donā€™t find her music meaningful, but maybe others do. Why does all culture have to speak directly to you to be meaningful?

And you do understand the nature of her job? That popular culture has in part rested on the personality of the artist since Caruso made Victor Red Seal a shit-ton of cash? That she is now sans label and has to pay her own team of promoters, and that she is in the job of promoting her work in order to pay her bills?

Thereā€™s where it turned, innit? The use of the word ā€œprovokedā€?

Well, that was one big-ass chunk of sensible. O-kay thenā€¦

@retchdog, to be fair I think most everyoneā€™s being an asshole by now. Mind you, I think this is the only BBS thread Iā€™ve seen go over a hundred (Tho Iā€™m most likely wrong) and, as a bonus, itā€™s developed into a properly good fight over nowt. She probably deserves bunging a couple of quid through paypal for that.

OK, I chopped out a couple of the more juicy insults, but kinda gave up.

TIME TO DIE, THREAD.
