My Grandmother worked as a cash counter at the local bank back in the 30ās and 40ās. She used the typical American method most bank tellers use but she was blazingly fast even in her 80ās. It seems to me that speed comes with repetition no matter the technique you prefer.

The anglo (USA, Canada, England) method works a little more reliably than others if the money is sticky.
I used to work in retail, Iām pretty fast at counting money.
