I still don’t understand how people like Giuliani, who have known Trump for years and seen him refuse to pay or throw people under the bus dozens of times, can still think they’ll be the exception where TFG honors his obligations and behaves honestly and decently.

Trump’s legal advisers have told him that holding such a press conference with dubious claims of voter fraud will only complicate his legal problems and some of his attorneys have advised him to cancel it.
Why does that put it in doubt? It’s not like he listens to his lawyers.
