Unfortunately she’s not legally of age for another five years. Which is a shame, because depending on what happens in November there might not be a United States to be president of by then. I really hope she does run when/if she can, though- I can think of no other candidate within my lifetime that’s come even remotely close to representing my values and beliefs, and certainly none that I’ve felt as passionately about.

One reason I’d prefer to see her as VP. Lets the issue get settled without leaving the Presidency in doubt.

She is eligible to run for President or VP next election. She will be 34, but will be 35 by the time she would be sworn in. If Biden can run for Senate at 29, she can run on a Presidential ticket at 34.

Even though Obama had been a dual Kenyan/US Citizen from the mid 60s to the mid 80s, it did not invalidate his eligibility to be President because he was born a US Citizen. Yet they still tried to say he was ineligible. He was the second former dual citizen to become President, but IIRC nobody made such a big stink about Chester A Arthur’s eligibility.
