Unless you came up with the idea of the arcology (and if your name isn’t Paolo Soleri, then you did not), then no, you weren’t being prescient.
That’s not to say it might not have been a good story otherwise, but mentioning something you thought about doing - but didn’t - isn’t much of a flex.
Never played Sim City 2000, I guess
